I started Kitchencadd, LLC in January of 2007 after 30 years of commercial kitchen design experience to provide specialized CAD services tailored to the foodservice industry. Kitchencadd is more than just a cad service, it provides an “extra set of eyes” that can help you spot omissions or problems before trouble starts. My work experience includes positions with Consultants, Stainless Steel fabricators, Millwork fabricators, and Equipment dealers.

My name is Al Schroeder. I have been in the foodservice industry since 1976. I started in the industry as a blueprinter and file Clerk for Walgreen Co. gradually working my way up as a draftsman in their foodservice division.
I have worked in all aspects of the industry and have acquired a well rounded education as my resume page will show.
